Our aim is to provide you with an experience that matches your educational goals and expectations and the same principle applies to our pricing model.  We do not believe in one pricing model fits all so we ask you to reach out and let us know more about your needs and budget.

Group size and timing are key components to our competitive pricing model.  Rest assured we will do all we can to give you the most competitive and attractive all-inclusive rate.  That rate would include the following:

  • Curriculum consultation and set up prior to your visit.

  • Parent and teacher guidance prior to your visit with access to online support materials.

  • Packing and travel advice as you prepare to arrive at VOCEC for your stay.

  • All meals and snacks during your stay.

  • Lodging for all members of your group.

  • Classic camp activities during your stay including kickball, Gaga, tennis, basketball, frisbee golf and more!

  • Access to evening campfire sites throughout camp.

  • On-site assistance from your dedicated liaison from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave.
