a passionate group of educators…

Allen, a Pacific Northwest native, has spent 6 summers at Camp Twin Creeks, focusing mainly on the athletics side of camp.  After a time away for a number of summers Allen returned to camp in 2018 and was an instant hit on the athletic fields as usual and also the dining hall and TC Bingo Club

He has his B.A. in Sport Management and worked for the Boys & Girls Clubs for over 13 years. He also has a deep passion for coaching and has worked with baseball teams ranging from tee ball to the collegiate ranks. He enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs!

Allen oversees the organization of our group bookings whilst delegating the environmental education component to one of our qualified camp staff.  Most of these staff have grown up with us as part of our summer camp staff and often arrive at camp with a degree in general education or a specialized background in environmental education.  You can imagine the enthusiasm they have for teaching within such a rich, varied and interesting eco-system!

Our resident counselor staff provide both supervision and instruction during the typical day, allowing teachers to relax, observe and engage with their students in educational activities. Our instructors have bachelor's degrees and possess a variety of science and teaching credentials.

Throughout your stay our priority is your happiness and satisfaction.  Allen, your onsite liaison, will make sure this happens, whatever it takes!
